What we collect. When you send a message through the contact form, we keep the details you enter (name, contact information, property address and your message) together with the time it was sent and the network address it came from, so the office can respond and keep a record of the inquiry.

How it is used. Inquiries are used only to respond to you and, if the firm is retained, to open your file. We do not sell or share this information with anyone outside the firm except as required to provide legal services or as required by law.

Cookies and tracking. The public pages of this website set no tracking cookies and use no advertising or analytics trackers. A session cookie is used only for the firm's own administration area.

Retention and requests. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted in the ordinary course. To ask what we hold about you, or to have an inquiry deleted, contact the office at 212-365-8193.
